ACD’s newly enhanced CSI surveys have provided some great feedback. In December, through an analysis of random surveys AutoClaims Direct had a positive score on every one!  Some of the comments included….Timely and Polite. Very satisfied the way the claim was handled. Polite and accommodating. Pleasant and professional, Courteous.
