Here’s an interesting story on a shop in PA that had some serious issues with a consumer’s vehicle. I must note how the auto body shop quickly tried to  ”blame the insurance company” but  it was uncovered that the shop had an F rating from the BBB. Pennsylvania is a state in which the government requires auto damage appraisers must be licensed yet they allow repair shops such as this to stay in business….  Watch and see the story….

Ten years ago: A damage award to State Farm auto insurance customers swelled to nearly $1.2 billion after a judge in Illinois ruled that the nation’s largest auto insurer had committed fraud by using generic auto-body repair parts. (However, the Illinois Supreme Court overturned the judgment in 2005.)
