Biggest Complaints About Insurers….. Claim Payments.

According to this article we found. The NAIC meeting of insurance regulators detailed the largest area of complaints against insurers.  At the top was claims handling/payments issues at 19.1% followed by the denial of claims at 17.9%. Next at 15% was unsatisfactory claim settlement offers. This shows that 52% of the time the claims process is the  area of consumer anger. Click here for the rest of the story.
