The NAIC meeting of insurance regulators detailed the largest area of complaints against insurers.  At the top was claims handling/payments issues at 19.1% followed by the denial of claims at 17.9%. Next at 15% was unsatisfactory claim settlement offers. This shows that 52% of the time the claims process is the  area of consumer anger. Click here for the rest of the story.
