In an analysis of data pulled from AutoClaims Direct’s DirectLink on files processed in 2008 vs. 2009.  When total repair time and replacement time were compared we see a trend of nearly a 2% increase in repair time vs. a year ago. Conversely, replacement labor has decreased nearly as much.
