Parts usage in auto damage appraisals processed through AutoClaims Direct’s industry leading claims solution shows some interesting data at the 2009 mid way point.  OEM usage is down nearly 8 percent compared to a year ago, Aftermarket parts use is up 4 percent as well as the use of Used parts which turned in a 4% increase.
