U.S House Approves Plan To Give Up To $4,500 To Trade In Old Vehicles…. Posted on June 10, 2009 by admin Reply Yes, you heard it right. The U.S. Government would give up to $4,500 in a “cash for clunkers” bill the House of Representatives passed yesterday so those who have older cars will buy newer ones.
