This bill in Nevada passed the state assembly  yesterday 38-3.  It revises the provisions governing the sale and title of salvaged vehicles.

The bill has been set for a June 17th hearing with the  B.,F. & I . COMM. LOCATION : SEN BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE.

One would think the state of Calfornia has alot more important things than worrying if an auto damage appraisal done by an insurer is an “assessment”, “appraisal”, “estimate” or “inspection”.  But then again politicians have to create some work for themselves.
