The auto glass industry is getting very interesting lately with some states banning glass “brokers” which some insurers utilize and other states moving along legislation placing prevailing “market” price as the law vs. “lowest prevailing price”.

or practice in the business of insurance the practice of providing any pay, 

salary, reward, bonus, promotion, or other financial incentive to any

person involved in the review of a claim for benefits or to persons 

performing utilization review, in connection, directly or indirectly, with 

the denial of a claim made by an insured or claimant or the cancellation 

of an insurance policy.
