In a data analysis of all repairable files processed through AutoClaims Direct, we wanted to see the breakdown of all labor time in regards to repair or replacement of parts. Any time a part was repaired or replaced we calculated the labor time associated and here are the results.  66.06% of labor time involving parts resulted in replacement, 33.94% of labor time was for repair.
